We are in the process of designing a new line of Michael Lewis electric guitars built by master craftsmen at Southbound Custom -- the same guys who build guitars for one of Gibson's sister lines. In my opinion, their quality is second to none and I am thrilled to have connected with these guys. These guitars have been in the design stage for several months and we are already taking preorders.
The body is taking shape, woods have been selected and the custom pickup designs are in the final stages of completion. There is no other guitar on the market like this one. A new, comfortable, attractive body design, top quality parts inside and out. Hand wound pickups designed for the most demanding players live and in the studio. This will likely be the most versatile guitar you've ever played. These guitars will do everything from Strat to Les Paul and everything in between without the use of modeling. Plus, we are incorporating some new features in the electronics that will enable you to get any balance of tone that you've hoped for.
Designed with a comfortable 25" scale and a set neck. We didn't cut any corners -- everything on this guitar smacks of quality, top to bottom. It will also feature neck dimensions between my two favorite playing guitars -- my '84 Gibson Custom Shop ES 335 and My Gibson Custom Shop Peter Frampton model. As a pro player for over 20 years, I've owned some fabulous guitars but I always wished to have something different on every one. I've taken my years of experience as a session player, studio guitarist, artist and sideman and developed what I hope will be my ultimate guitar and make it available for you to purchase.

The Michael Lewis Pro 1 -- is designed with the player in mind. From session players, to weekend warriors and worship leaders, this instrument will meet the needs of the most demanding players in the world.
