The first of a brand new line of guitars is just about ready to launch. This new line of electric guitars was designed by Michael Lewis and built by master craftsmen at Southbound Custom -- the same guys who build guitars for one of Gibson's sister lines and for Gruhn Guitars. In my opinion, their quality is second top notch and I am thrilled to have connected with these guys. These guitars have been in the design stage for over a year and we are already taking preorders.

There is no other guitar on the market like this one (that we know of). A new, comfortable, attractive body design, top quality parts inside and out. Top quality pickups, carefully selected and designed for the most demanding players live and in the studio. This will likely be the most versatile guitar you've ever played. These guitars will do everything from Strat to Les Paul and everything in between without the use of modeling. Plus, we are incorporating some new features in the electronics that will enable you to get any balance of tone that you've hoped for.

Designed with a comfortable 25" scale and a set neck. We didn't cut any corners -- everything on this guitar smacks of quality, top to bottom. It will also feature neck dimensions between my two favorite playing guitars -- my '84 Gibson Custom Shop ES 335 and My Gibson Custom Shop Peter Frampton model. As a pro player for over 20 years, I've owned some fabulous guitars but I always wished to have something different on every one. I've taken my years of experience as a session player, studio guitarist, artist and sideman and developed what I hope will be my ultimate guitar and make it available to you.

If you're considering the purchase of a versatile, high end guitar, this might be the guitar for you. We are just a few short weeks away from the release date on these sweet instruments and we are taking pre orders now. Let me tell you, if you could see how excited the luthiers are about this guitar, you would get a good idea of how they're feeling about this instrument. It's obvious that we're making something really special. My initial prototypes will be placed in the hands of some of Nashville best guitarists -- friends of mine whom you've all heard of. They will help me put the finishing touches on it and make any changes that need to be made to make it an unbelievably good guitar. There are a few great guitars out there that we've all heard about and wished to own -- I truly believe this will be in that class of legendary, must own instruments.
